The Cattle
The cattle we raise at Saltwater Beef Yeppoon are at the heart of everything we do.
They are 100% grass-fed and finished, allowed to grow at a natural pace, and managed with care and attention throughout their lives.
We are directly responsible for their wellbeing - from the paddock they graze to the way they are handled.
That responsibility is something we take seriously.

Using tallow is part of a broader philosophy.
It allows us to honour the whole animal, ensuring nothing is wasted and every part has value. What might otherwise be overlooked is transformed into something deeply useful and nourishing.
